Do I need to build a website myself?

No. ShipEasy gives you a fully hosted tracking website at your chosen subdomain — for example swiftcargo.shipfast.com. Your clients visit that link to track their shipments. You manage everything from the ShipEasy dashboard.

What is a credit and how does it work?

One credit lets you create one international shipment. That includes the tracking page, up to 15 free status updates, and automatic email notifications to your client at every update. You buy credits in bundles and use them when you need them — no expiry.

Can I use my own domain name?

You start with a free subdomain on one of our base domains (e.g. swiftcargo.shipfast.com). Custom domain support is coming soon, which will let you point your own domain like tracking.swiftcargo.com directly to your ShipEasy page.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can purchase more credits any time from your dashboard. You can still view all existing shipments and post status updates — you only need credits to create new shipments.

Can my clients track shipments without an account?

Yes. Tracking pages are fully public — your clients just need the tracking link you send them. No account, no login, no friction. The link looks like swiftcargo.shipfast.com/track/SE-A1B2C3D4.

Which countries does ShipEasy support?

ShipEasy works for any international shipment, to and from any country. You manually enter origin and destination countries when creating a shipment, and post status updates as the package moves.
